Responsibilities

    We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

  • Understanding the products and services provided by the customer.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Providing detailed information to customers.
  • Following up with customers for any further information.
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team Requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Computer skills.

Education
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Certificate of COPA.
  • 10th / 12th and any graduate.
